Generating chart/matrix for an article using Zotero
Hi folks,
I'm a librarian who teaches and consults on Zotero. This week I had a question from a PhD candidate over whether Zotero could create a matrix- i.e., a chart that has various studies with separate columns for author, study type, date, etc.
My best suggestion was to export the items they needed as a CSV file, and then delete columns in Excel until they had just the columns they needed before copying and pasting the chart into Word.
Is there a better way to do this, or is this a potential feature that's being considered at all? The closest I could find on the forums was someone creating a lit review matrix, which is much more in depth than what is needed here.

adamsmithCSV is the way I'd go. The big advantage of that is that it's quite flexible, as people will want different output/columns.
