How to sync zotero without downloading Dropbox in Ubuntu
Hello,
Since my Dropbox account is going to be quite big, I need to sync my Zotero with my Dropbox without downloading the Dropbox application on Ubuntu.
Do you know how to do it?

For information on syncing, see https://Zotero.org/support/sync
If you mean you placed the Zotero database in Dropbox, you absolutely shouldn’t do that and should take it back out immediately.
Zotero linked files need to refer to local files on your computer. There is no integration of Zotero with Dropbox. You could potentially try Dropbox’s Smart Sync feature to limit the local space used, but I don’t know how well this will interact with Zotero in terms of triggering downloads correctly. https://www.dropbox.com/smart-sync
Personally, if you want to share files using Zotero, I suggest using Zotero Groups. This will by far give you the smoothest experience.
Main folder
-> Folder 1
-> Folder 2
-> Library
-> Folder 4
-> etc.
All of those folders take too much space. But if I can just download and sync the Library folder to my desktop, that would save me lot of space.
