Bug in the PDF Reader, note editor: mismatch between highlight and annotation
There is a mismatch between the highlighted text and the annotation note that is generated. In my specific case, the annotation note includes two extra characters: a space and 't'. See this image: https://ibb.co/CWWnN3J
Steps to reproduce:
1. export a zotero.org web page as a pdf (e.g., https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data)
2. import that pdf in the latest Zotero beta: Zotero-5.0.97-beta.13+40b871c2f_win32
3. open the pdf in the new pdf reader
4. highlight some text.
5. create a new note from annotations on the right
6. notice how in some situations, the text in the note includes more text from the text run than the highlight in the pdf indicates

It's unrelated with note editor. This is highlight annotation text extraction issue. The exported PDF seems to have misaligned text layer. We'll improve the extraction.
Which browser you were using to export the PDF?
I found the same issue while running Obsidian's PDF annotation plugin and logseq's PDF reader, but Adobe Reader/Foxit Reader work well.
