some subfolders in the Zotero disappeared suddenly
1.The names, sizes, and dates of all files beginning with “zotero.sqlite” in your current data directory
zotero.sqlite.1.bak; 20472KB several days ago
zotero.sqlite.bak; 20476KB yesterday→may include what I missed
zotero.sqlite 22472KB today
zotero.sqlite-journal 89KB today
2.Whether there's a 'storage' folder containing subfolders with dates corresponding to your previous usage of Zotero
-Yes, there is
3.Whether your current data directory is in the default location (“Zotero” in your home folder)
yes.
4.When you last used Zotero on this computer, and what happened on your computer since then
I have been using the Zotero these days very often and for a whole day today inorder to downloaded large amounts of documents to attach to the software, maybe overload.
After I minimized the window to download some document PDF from the internet for a while and opened it again, I was surprised to find that some subfolders which I edited several days ago in the Zotero disappeared, without any tips
5.What you've tried so far
drag the zotero.squlite into the Zotero, nothing happened
Question:
how to replace the Zotero.sqlite by the .bak file?(I see someone solved the problem by this way), is that right?

Upgrade Storage
If you deleted it, see Restoring from the Last Automatic Backup.
A future version of Zotero will let you restore deleted collections from the trash. No, nothing says to do that. That would just create a copy of your database as an attachment in your library. I'd strongly encourage you not to try things that aren't documented without asking here first.
