Can't import from Mendeley after I did it once already

I tried to import my Mendeley library to Zotero and use Zotfile to store the pdfs in Onedrive. It was getting messy and I wasn't sure if I was doing it right, so I deleted the folders and entries in Zotero and tried to start from the beginning.
However, now when I click on Import in Zotero, I don't see the option to select Mendeley. I tried repeating the previous steps (opening Mendeley 1.18, syncing it etc) but to no avail, I can't seem to find the option.

    The Mendeley option should show in File → Import as long as there's an 'online.sqlite' or '*@www.mendeley.com.sqlite' file in your Mendeley data directory.

    Restart your computer and try again. If you're still not seeing it, can you provide a Debug ID for going to File → Import and not seeing the option?

    I reset my PC and it appeared again. Thanks for the help!
