1) Join a group library from both accounts and drag via the group.
2) Exporting to Zotero RDF with files and import into the other.
Either way, links to items in existing word processor documents will be lost for the other account. If you use export/import, it will also reset Date Added/Modified, and there may be some very minor changes to a couple fields.
