Biobliography with inconsistent title formating

I used Zotero to create a bibliography of citations in the AMA 10th edition format but there was inconsistency in the bibliography regarding capitalization of the words in the titles. Some references had sentence capitlization while others had title capitalization. I used the AMA 11th edition and the same thing happened. Is this an issue with the software or is it due to the primary source of the citation?
