Upgrade StorageFeature request: Possibility for unambigious author identification

I'd propose the addition of a possibility of the use of author identification systems (e.g. ORCID), or addition of a people-management-system.
It's often the case that the same name belongs to different people, people changing names or different imported names in different articles that indeed belong to the same person. It would be nice to have a system to compensate for those issues > e.g. importing ORCID from paper articles, manual input boxes etc.
