Upgrade Storage[Windows]Zotero beta bug: preference window cannot be resized
For small screen devices, the preference window may be taller than the screen(Some extensions like better-bibtex's setting page have abnormal height or width--but that's not Zotero community's business)
My problem is, in the beta I cannot resize the preference window, so I cannot reach its top bar or move the window.

emilianoeheynsI'm fixing some of the weirdness of the BBT prefs panes, but documentation on how to get the prefs pane to behave is pretty scant. It's mostly fuzzing to see what works.
