Feature request: flag documents

It would possibile to add in the desktop apps a way to mark papers as important ( flag them in some way)?
Sometimes happens to download papers for later read and it would helpful to have the possibility to mark them, to be easily identify them in the application.

You can use a colored tag for that, and assign it with a number key of the keyboard:
