Zotero applying et al. incorrectly
I have zotero set to use APA 7th edition for citations.
So when you input an in-text citation with 5 or less authors for the first time in the paper it should list out each name & then the rest of the citations it should use et al. when more than 2 authors are attached to the citation.
Right now in all of my first citations zotero is inputting et al. regardless of the # of authors, which is not accepted under APA citation rules.
Is there a way to get zotero to recognize that the first time the citation is used it should not use et al. (as long as there are not 7+ authors)?

bwiernikNo, this was a change in APA 7th edition. Now, et al is used always for 3+ Authors, even the first time.
