How to Transfer my Zotero Web Library down to my new local computer

My old laptop crashed and I am trying to set up my previous Zotero library back to my new laptop. I did syn my previous data to the web library of my Zotero account. But I can't sync back my web library to my new downloaded Zotero standalone app on my new laptop. Please help!

    Why can't you sync? What happens when you try? Please provide details. This should simply happen. If you explain further an expert will be able to help.

    Thank you for your suggestion, it won't sync with the web account open. I closed it and now they are synchronizing. Thanks
