File storage quota "reached" but only 2 GB out of 6 GB used

I have the message "You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota" but only 2.1 GB out of the 6 GB has been used.

This may be my own fault. I paid for 2 GB thinking that would be enough but then found it was just exceeded so then I paid for the 6 GB on the same day. The Zotero Storage page registers 6 GB as my current plan but maybe this has not been corrected from 2 GB in relation to using Zotero on my devices?

Please can you help resolve this as soon as possible.


  • Are you still seeing this?

    It doesn't look like you should have any storage quota problems now, but it can sometimes take a few minutes for quota changes to be reflected everywhere.
