attachment sync stops regularly after changing to new webdav server

I am moving my attachments onto a new webdav server. In the upload to the new server after about ~100MB the upload 'freezes'. Stopping the upload and restarting it another ~100MB are uploaded.

I looked at the log and it seems to occur after a couple "Upload queue is busy (4/4)" entries (6 times). Any suggestions? I run a lighttpd & webdav over ssl.

    After I uploaded all the files from one computer (with multiple restarts of the file sync) to the new webdav server, now the second computer reports "Component returned failure code: 0x80520012 (NS_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND) [nsIFile.create]" (I reset the file sync history in order to account for any changes between the two versions)
