Zotero group invitation and email address used

If I email someone at one email address who already has a Zotero account under a different email address, will they still be able to accept the invitation? Or do I need to send the group invitation to the email address that is registered?

    Yes, they will still be able to accept the invitation either way, but if you already know the email address or username they use for Zotero, inviting them with that will be easier as it will also show up for them as long as they're logged in on zotero.org.
