2.0b7.1 pdf renaming fails to also change the displayed attachment name in zotero

the pdf-renaming-from-metadata feature works beautifully, but of late I've noticed it do something strange: when renaming a PDF, it successfully renames the file (and maintains the correct filename in the database, ensuring that the file is opened when double-clicked), but the displayed attachment name stays the same (even after restarting), giving no indication that anything has happened. clicking 'show file' in the attachment view does locate the renamed file correctly, but the old name is still used as the display name
