Citation in bibliography but not in text

I have a reference in my bibliography that is not in my text. I've Refreshed several times, restarted Word, restarted Zotero, restarted my computer, but it's still there. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it? Thanks.

    Assuming you previously had it in the document and deleted, and didn't add it as an uncited item to the bibliography from Add/Edit Bibliography, this would happen if you only partially deleted the field. You can toggle field codes in the document and search for it that way, and then be sure to delete it entirely.
