Translator Issues Google Scholar

I've been using the chrome Zotoro file button to save citations from the Google Scholar search results for the few hours. It suddenly started throwing up a "troubleshoot translator" message and won't save. If I open the link, I am then able to save from the journal itself, but this is extra time consuming when you have 700 citations to convert.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the web connector, done a translator reset online and in the desktop site, and restarted the laptop.

The URL of the page this started with: https://scholar.google.co.uk/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=0,5&q=193. McLatchey,+G.+P.,+&+Reddy,+K.+R.,+1998.+Regulation+of+Organic+Matter+Decomposition+and+Nutrient+Release+in+a+Wetlands+Soil.+Journal+of+Environmental+Quality,+27(5),+pp.+1268-1274&btnG=

The debug code: D547713442

When attempting to save the pop-up says: An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information.

The translator is: Google Scholar, and it says is has site access.
