How to uninstall and reinstall without loosing my library ?

I have a Problem connecting Word to Zotero. It worked but I used Zotero from the installation Drive and not from Applications (Mac). Now when I use Zotero , Word doesn't 'see' it. I tried to follow a procedure telling me to delete extension.json but I am not finding the datas...
Anyway I think for me the best thing to do is to uninstall and then reinstall Zotero.
I have an account and I synchronised my library online. Now the question is : how to uninstall, reinstall and download my library without loosing anything ? Did the quotes I did in my word document will be saved ?

You’ll want to follow the instructions about deleting extensions.json — that’s the fix here. If there’s something you don’t understand, quote it and say what you don’t understand about it.
