Related doesn't appear to transfer in RDF Export

Have verified this several times. Related adds do not transfer when exporting an RDF file then importing that file to another computer.

Why exactly are you exporting and importing? Note that that is not an appropriate way to transfer a Zotero library between computers. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/transferring_a_library

Okay, see your point, but I am transferring a subcollection to another person. I'm not interested in synching. So when I export the subcollection all seems to transfer perfectly except "related".

Yes, related import is broken across the board, not just in RDF
