Upgrade StorageRelated doesn't appear to transfer in RDF Export
Have verified this several times. Related adds do not transfer when exporting an RDF file then importing that file to another computer.

RWBUMPOkay, see your point, but I am transferring a subcollection to another person. I'm not interested in synching. So when I export the subcollection all seems to transfer perfectly except "related".
