Upgrade StorageZoterro will not save to online library

I have attempted to save articles to my zotero account without success. I have deleted the connection and reinstalled. I click the save button and it keeps reproducing an error and not allowing the work to save. This seems to be a waste of human capital if the product doesn't work.

What's the actual error you're receiving?
If this is happening for a specific URL, we'd need the URL. If it's happen on all sites, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.
Also note that, while saving directly to the online library should work, normally you should have Zotero open on your computer and be saving directly to that.
