How to reference other documents?

Suppose I have a library with a large number of documents. Some of these documents reference other documents in their bibliographies. It would be nice if there was a way to define the relationship between a paper and the papers they reference that are also in my library. This way I could easily get a list of references by clicking on a paper, and then just as easily find that entry in my zotero library. Is there a way to do this currently?

    You could use the "related" tab of items. There are other discussions that discuss a probable future feature of being able to specify the type of relationship between items.
