RSS feed -- valid URL format?

Hi, I'm trying to subscribe to an RSS feed from EuropePMC. Zotero doesn't seem to accept it as a properly-formatted RSS feed.
Here's what a EuropePMC RSS feed URL looks like:
https://europepmc.org/search?page=1&query=("Asian+american"+OR+"asian+americans")+AND+(PUB_TYPE:REVIEW)&mode=rss
I don't see anything on https://www.zotero.org/support/feeds about the valid format -- I wonder if anyone has any info about this?
For the record, this RSS feed doesn't work in Feedly either, so I don't think it's a Zotero issue per se. But I wonder if anyone has gotten a EuropePMC RSS feed to work in Zotero?

I'm not seeing the format for EuropePMC saved searches documented and the one you post simply doesn't return RSS, it just returns the search-- compare that link with the ones listed on their RSS Feeds page:
https://europepmc.org/RssFeeds

Where are you getting the &mode=rss syntax from?

So now I'm getting into EuropePMC issues more than Zotero issues -- but if you sign in to EuropePMC and navigate to your saved searches, the URL will be https://europepmc.org/accounts/SavedSearches. There's a table with a green icon in the RSS icon shape; I right clicked on the icon to get the link.
https://europepmc.org/search?page=1&query=("Asian+american"+OR+"asian+americans")+AND+(PUB_TYPE:REVIEW)&mode=rss
The normal search results page, on the other hand, has a URL like this one:
https://europepmc.org/search?page=1&query=("Asian american" OR "asian americans") AND (PUB_TYPE:REVIEW)

hmm, yeah, I see that icon but I'm pretty sure that's just broken on their end. There is just no sign of it generating anything even broadly resembling RSS.

I've written to EuropePMC help to ask about it. If I learn about a solution, I will post again here.
