Access to files when someone leaves a group library?

I'm working with a faculty committee that has a graduate assistant. The GA was made the owner of a group library for the committee (mostly because she had already done quite a bit of research in her personal Zotero). I've sorted out how to transfer the ownership of the library when she graduates, but what happens to the files she's added to the library? Will the rest of the group lose access to them?
  • The files belong to the group; they'll not get removed when the person who originally added them leaves, so you're all set.
    (I believe for the GA, once they leave the group, they'll get an option to keep it locally or remove it, but not 100% sure)
