Web Library freezes in Firefox

FF 68.4.1esr (32-Bit) on Windows 10 on my vocational machine, so I cannot switch FF versions.

The web library keeps freezing with the Z symbol at center, I cannot open it. Web console says:

Unhandled promise rejection TypeError: "Promise.allSettled is not a function"

Hope this helps.
  • Hi,

Thanks for the comment, some of the recently introduced changes depend on a feature not present in older version of Firefox. I'll see if we can find a way around it for the next release.

That being said, Firefox 68 is no longer supported by Mozilla, running this browser might pose security risks hence it's worth upgrading if possible.

Web Library will work fine in current version of Firefox ESR
  • Thanks for your feedback! It would be fine indeed if you please could try to make the web library run in older FF versions! Thanks in advance!
  • We've resolved few issues with some older browsers, including the one you've described. This should work fine now, again thank you for letting us know.
  • Indeed, works like a charm. Thanks, again!
