Whenever I try to add a reference, Zotero immediately says that there is a problem and refers to a troubleshooting window. But I cannot fin a way to solve the problem.

adomasvenGo into Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors and reinstall the Word Plugin, then restart Word and try citing again.
