in the download page of safari connecter, I cannot find the button of download plugin in all the links .

The Safari connector is distributed with the Zotero beta, as explained there.

I have the same problem. I installed the beta, when starting the Zotero app, there opens up a window in Safari, where I should download a Zotero-Safari-Plugin installer, but when I open this download, I can only install the Zotero app again, but there is no Plugin...?
