Zotero's snapshots not working

When I am browsing on Chrome and click the Zotero extension to save a document to my library, it saves the document to my library but not no longer shows the snapshot as well. It always used to save a snapshot along with the document I had saved. Please could someone help me remedy this problem? Thank you :))

    First, make sure snapshot saving is enabled in the General pane of the Zotero preferences (assuming you have Zotero app open while trying to save).

    If it is, note that you'll only get a snapshot on pages that are saved as webpages. For things like journal articles, book, or other item types, you won't.

    Thank you for answering. I was saving Newspaper Articles on Gale Primary Sources which explains why I probably didn't get a snapshot.

    To clarify, translators are able to save snapshots too, but they have to opt in to that, when there's something worthwhile to save. I don't know off-hand if that's something the Gale translator does or can support.
