Cannot sync my library to my accont on

I can login to Zotero account using the browser and I can see the library. If I try to sync from my Zotero application, I get a message that my username and/or password is invalid. Username and Password cannot be invalid because I can login from my browser.

I do not know why I was unable to sync. I cut off my firewall and still had an issue. I restarted Zotero and after restart, I was able to login from the App and sync. This issue has been resolved.
