Recover old account

I just realized that I lost my Zotero files when my hard drive crashed last August. I was unable to find my old account on Zotero and had to download Zotero and open a new account. Is there any way to recover the missing data? The last time I opened the account was March 2020 (more or less). Any suggestions?

    Do you have any idea what the username or email address for the old account would have been? If so, email support@zotero.org with details and a link to this thread.
