endnote to zortero

Hi, I have a word file that is cited with endnote. is it possible to add a new citation to this file with zortero and do not mess up with the reference part?

If by "not mess up" you mean combine the Zotero and Endnote citation, then definitely not, no. You can only use one of the two in a given document, so either you need to finish the file with Endnote or manual re-insert all Endnote citations using Zotero.
