Upgrade StorageCan't promote subcollection to collection
"You can convert a subcollection into a top-level collection by dragging it out of the collection and dropping it into empty space in the left Zotero pane."
When I try that, an error icon shows up at the cursor. I can move a subcollection from one collection to another OK, but I can't ;promote a subcollection to collection status.
