Upgrade Storagelogin failure, request time out
I can't log into zotero on my conputer client-side, which show "request time out" . but I can log into zotero page on my iphone and ipad. The error information was shown as:

I have closed my vpn and filewall but it didn't work. I can't get the error ID for the login failure. Please help me.

dstillman Zotero Teamedited February 23, 2021That's a network problem on your end — I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about that. See Connection Error, though the problem may not be on your computer.
