Style Request: [Production and Operations Management]
This process has already been started, but needs to formalized by someone more familiar with CSL than myself.

A few years ago I did some light editing of that code. I just formally forked the repository and copied my edits in. I wouldn't trust what I did though...

I have created the style now. The guidelines are super short and the paper you linked to has a total of 3 citations.
If you have another paper that would be great to look for some other item types and also confirm the style.
You can use this style now: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:production-and-operations-management
Thank you @damnation and @adamsmith
