Register Websites

Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to enter websites in Zotero. The icon in Safari doesn't appear, but I also don't have the blue icon with the green plus in my Zotero programme. In all the entries it says just click the icon between Identify and Note but I have nothing here.
I am using a Mac (11.2) with Safari (14.0.3) both on the latest version. Can anyone help me?

    The Zotero Connector for current versions of Safari requires use of the Zotero Beta. Unless you're comfortable running beta software, you should use the Zotero Connector for Firefox or Chrome instead for now.

    I'm not sure what you're looking at but it sounds like you're referring to years-old, long obsolete documentation about a previous version of Zotero. You want to use the Zotero Connector to save to Zotero.
