Citing Amendments or Proposed Amendments

I am having a hard time determining which pre-established category fits best to citing amendments or proposed amendments to existing law, indistinctly of whether they become successful or not. They would not be considered a bill, but then what would be the most logical step down from a legislative document?

Thank you in advance for your time and help.
  • Statute should work for these. If you want to say “proposed” or “repealed”, add it to Extra like this:
    Status: Proposed
