Can you create a collection in Zotero from a bibliography in Word?
I would like to create a collection in Zotero from a bibliography in Word that was inserted with the Zotero plugin for Word.
I guess I could simply create a new collection and dump the references into it one by one but it would be sooo much easier if there was a way to just export the bibliography into a single folder.
I am doing this so I can create a .RIS file for co-authors to put into EndNote.

bwiernikIf you go to https://rintze.zelle.me/ref-extractor/, you can have the page select all of the items in your Zotero library, then drag them all at once to a collection

BretRustThanks, it looks like I didn't even need to create a new collection; I just downloaded a .RIS and was able to import it into a new collection. I guess I could have done that with the clipboard too.

bwiernikNo, I wouldn't recommend that. The imported items are _new_ items, not connected to the original items in your library or to your Word document. They are duplicates. You should merge the duplicate items, or delete the new copies and then use the select-and-drag approach I described above.

BretRustThanks again, I am only doing it to send to my co-authors who use EndNote so I will probably just delete the new collection. Although it is convenient to have one manuscript's sources in one place.
