Upgrade StorageZotero not downloading PDFs from the Zotero cloud
I had a reinstall of zotero after resetting a computer and while my entries have been re-downloaded, the pdf files/attachments have not. The icon within the entry shows a small chain.
I am using about 1.6gb of the 2gb purchased -- so I feel like the files are there, just not downloading

adamsmithItems with icons with links are linked -- they're not on Zotero's servers. You either used add link to file or moved them with ZotFile.

adamsmithI don't know -- linked files are, by definition, outside of Zotero's control. You can use Zutilo's "Show attachment path" to easily see where Zotero is looking for them. https://github.com/willsALMANJ/Zutilo

dstillman Zotero TeamYou can also just double-click on the file — the error message will show you the path where it's looking.
