reference is deleted when inserting 3 references

When I inserted three references from zotero at the same time, zotero prompted an error and jumped to the zotero error page. What is even more terrible is that all the references I have written before have been deleted and have to be retrieved through the return key. Has anyone encountered a situation like this?
