reference is deleted when inserting 3 references

When I inserted three references from zotero at the same time, zotero prompted an error and jumped to the zotero error page. What is even more terrible is that all the references I have written before have been deleted and have to be retrieved through the return key. Has anyone encountered a situation like this?

my computer is macbook pro (M1), word is microsoft word 16.45, and zotero is uptodate.

Not sure what you mean by "have to be retrieved through the return key".
