I am getting this message when attempting to save multiple .pdf files from an Ebsco site. When I attempt to save 1-3 at a time, or so, there is no issue.

Any tips?

Good chance that's just rate limiting on their part. See Site Access Limits.

Do you know how to find that limit within Ebsco or how often that limit gets reset? Like, is there a max per day that I can download and then come back to again later?

It's likely not a fixed quantity and it's not something that's known. Likely they look at number of request, speed of requests, check for how regular they are, etc. Typically this gets reset once a day, you can also try clearing your cookies, that alone might (!) help.

Ok...I've noticed it does reset each day.
