Upgrade StorageExporting a Zotero Library from 4.0 to a new computer with 5.0
Hi,
one of our students was working a long time with an old laptop and Zotero 4.0 and now bought a new laptop with Zotero 5.0. The questions is how to export the old library to the new computer with 5.0. The online sync method isn't working anymore. Is 5.0 able to read the old 4.0 library via the normal export function without any problems? A manual copying of the Zotero 4.0 subfolder won't work, I guess? I tried to uninstall 5.0 for 4.0 but it's not working on my laptop. So I can't give any hint.

The current version of Zotero should be able to update the database automatically. If they have any issues, let us know and we can help further.
