Upgrade Storagemy bibliography has been disabled. how do i fix this?
Hello, my bibliography has been disabled and i can not enable it. this message pops up:
Automatic citation updates are disabled. To see the bibliography, click Refresh in the Zotero tab

If nothing happens when you click Refresh, you (or someone else) may have saved the file in the wrong format while it was displaying those temporary citations, causing them to turn into flat text. You can check whether they're fields or flat text by toggling field codes.
If it is flat text, you can just delete the bibliography and reinsert it, but there's a good chance all of your citations are similarly flattened, so you may need to revert to a backup of the document from before the citations were flattened.
