Remove local files without affecting online libraries
This seems an obvious question but I can't find the answer so posting here:
I have access to a number of groups in our online library, all of which are currently set to sync file attachements to 'My Library' on my PC. I'd like to change this so that only some groups sync files - I think I can do this through 'Choose libraries...' in the sync preferences but how do I remove the previously synced files from my PC without deleting them from the online library?

dstillman Zotero TeamCurrently you can do this manually by deleting the files on disk — i.e., right-click on attachment → Show File — but an upcoming version of Zotero will let you configure how many days to keep local files for each group when using download-as-needed mode.

adamsmithAs an addition, note that "choosing libraries" will completely remove a group from that synced Zotero instance, so that wouldn't actually do what you describe.
