That's likely a problem with WorldCat or your institution's WorldCat subscription. If you click the Cite links on the page and click Export to RIS, you'll likely get an error, with instructions to contact WorldCat (OCLC). If so, you'll need to report this to your library.
(We've gotten a number of these reports lately, so this seems to be some general problem with WorldCat, though in this case the RIS export link does work for me.)
Thank you for starting a new thread. So the odd thing is that sometimes it does load to Zotero and sometimes it does not. This morning I tried to load something from Worldcat and it worked. Could it be something with the Brave Browser?
It says that it might be a translator issue. I went through all the possibilities and it still doesn't work. Please help.
