Upgrade StoragePort forwarding setting in Chrome OS v.87

Sorry for a quick question and . After updating my Chrome OS to v.87, I no longer can launch the connection forwarder that communicates between my Zotero local and cloud app.
I learnt that Chrome OS now has enabled port forwarding but not so sure about how to set it up on the page. So any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
