Export BibTeX to clipboard

I have been using Zotero for a while and when I tried to export BibTeX, I can only export a BibTeX file to save it first and then open the BibTeX file to copy the content to my LaTeX reference. but I cannot just copy the BibTeX content to clipboard without saving the BibTeX file first. Is there any alternative way that I can cite the BibTeX style content to LaTeX?

I'd recommend looking at the BetterBibTeX add-on, which can automatically sync a BibTeX file and lets you copy citekeys. http://retorque.re/zotero-better-bibtex/

When just using Zotero, you can set BibTeX as a a quick copy format in the Export tab

Thanks a lot. Problem solved. I didn't notice there is BibTeX format in the Export tab.

If you are using Zotero to actually write in TeX, I suggest you try out the BetterBibTeX plugin, which makes that much easier.
