Issue with how import treats the top-level collection of an export
When importing an .rdf file a checkbox appears to specify Place imported collections and items into new collection. If it is unchecked, the top-level collection of the exported hierarchy is _not_ imported. If it is checked, the top-level collection of the exported hierarchy _is_ imported, but it contains not just the items that were in the top-level collection when the export was made, but also all items that were in the subcollections of that top-level collection at the time of export.
I think that the behaviour when the box is _not_ checked is undesirable. Leaving the box unchecked should import not just the subcollections but also the top-level collection and the items that were in it on export (and only those items).
I suppose that a work around would be to create a dummy top-level collection and then move the desired top-level collection into it as a subcollection, but obviously this is a rather inelegant kluge.
.rdf and zotero.sqlite files available if desired.
