References on Wordpress site not loading

Hello,

The references on my website are not loading: https://gracebio.com/references/

I am running Wordpress 5.6 and Zotpress says it is compatible up to 5.5.3.

Could this have something to do with it?

    Generally I'd recommend asking Zotpress questions on the Zotpress forum -- no one here provides support for it -- but having played with it some, this looks more like some other plugin might be interfeering. Zotpress is making all the right calls and getting all the right responses, it's just not printing the citations.
