Not able to move references from one library to another

Hey,

anyone else experiencing issues moving references from one library to another? Moving references from one folder to another within the same library does work.

Also getting the following errors:

[JavaScript Error: "Request timed out after 60000 ms"]

[JavaScript Error: "Item 56512 not yet loaded"] (getting the same error for other items as well)

How many items are you trying to move at once? Does it work with fewer items?

Can you restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails?

Thanks for the swift response! I've tried moving both multiple items and only one at a time, but same problem for both.

That’s a Report ID, not a Debug ID. Follow my link.

But also, you should start by updating to the latest version of Zotero. The version you’re using is from last June. (You should also figure out why you’re not receiving automatic updates.)

Ah, my apologies. Here's the Debug ID D935409665.

Seems my institution does not always keep up with updates and blocks some automatic ones. Need to figure out a way around that...

I'm afraid we can only provide support for the latest version. Let us know (and provide another Debug ID) if you're still having trouble after upgrading.
