Upgrade StorageSave to Zotero (Web Page with Snapshot)
Hello out there,
I used the option "Save to Zotero (Web Page with Snapshot) with the intension of saving a snapshot of the page, but I received this error message "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists, see Getting Help for more information".
The page was saved to my library all right but when I opened, it is rather the web page but not a snapshot. Please any assistance as what to do?
